When you smell the gas

	01. Lock the valve Please lock the burner, cock, intermediate valve and valve attached to the gauge.
	02. Ventilation Please change air by opening the windows and doors.
	03. Be aware of fire devices Take fire devices away and never operate the electric devices. Example of electric device : Fan, ventilation fan (If the electric device is operated, the spark can be generated and it may become the cause of explosion.)
	04. Examination It is safe to use it after taking safety inspection by calling city gas supplier or local customer center. Seoul : 02-950-5050, Gyeonggi : 031-951-0220 But, in case of malfunction of boiler, please call its manufacturer.

	01. Check kind of gas Check if the kind of gas is city gas or LPG at the place to move into in advance, call after-sales center of burner manufacturer and change heating value when it is different from the one you used. 02. Tear-down and installation of gas facilities City gas is safe only when the facilities are torn down and installed by calling customer center. In case gas pipe is finished by materials such as tape for home use carelessly, it is safe only when it is finished by the expert without fail because explosion may happen by leakage of gas.

How to do self-check

	It is enough to check if air bubble is generated by pasting soapy water onto the parts that have the risk of leaking gas during ordinary days. Make the soapy water by mixing kitchen liquid detergent with water at the ratio of 1 : 1 and paste the soapy water onto the joint of gas hose with the brush or sponge frequently for checking. It is the day of gas facilities safety inspection on the 4th every month. It is recommended to check gas safety by examining gas safety by ourselves as a habit. If abnormal condition or damage of gas facility is found from checking, city gas supplier or local customer center would check it for you.

	You can pay your gas charge by 'automatic withdrawal' , 'credit card' , 'Giro', 'virtual account'

요금 납부 방법
01. Payment by automatic withdrawal Automatic withdrawal is the system that withdraws gas charge from the your account automatically on the designated day every month. You should apply for automatic withdrawal for the corporate account by visiting the bank. You can apply for individual account through homepage of Daeryun E&S, call center and visiting the bank. Automatic withdrawal can be applied the next month only if you apply for that by following authentication process of the bank one month before. (You can pay the charge by Giro or virtual account in case you receive the Giro bill during the period of automatic withdrawal.)
02. Payment by credit card You can pay the charge by credit card only for purpose of family use. (cooking, heating) Cancellation of approval can be available for the case of the day only. Please try it again after checking payment details in case there is no response during the payment. In case of household of automatic withdrawal, credit card payment gets disable to prevent the double payment 2 days before and after charge date. In case problem happens during credit card payment regarding installation, you can get the expert consultation and remote support if you call them below.
03. Payment by Giro It is the method that customer center of Daeryun E&S sends the bill to the customers and you pay the charge at bank window or ATM with the Giro bill You can pay the charge with Giro bill at the windows of each financial institution such as bank and post office.
04. Payment by virtual account It is the method that the customer pays the charge by transferring the money through the exclusive receipts account designated for each usage of the customer. The exclusive receipts account of the customer is written at Giro bill.
